As the head of the voluntary group of Shenzhen Lawyers Association for the Protection of Rights, Guanghe participated in the revision of the provisions on the protection of lawyers' rights and interests, and took part in a number of lawyers' rights protection cases, making aa lot of efforts to protectinglawyers' rights. As the director of the first purely democratic and non-profit community foundation in China, Guanghe has made positive contributions to the establishment of public-interest non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Shenzhen, the democratization and legal compliance of NGOs and the regional public cultural construction.
