Guanghe Law Firm has outstanding advantages of talents and profession in medical, health and hygiene administrative legal services. So far there are seven senior lawyers who are Bachelor of Medicine or Master of Medicine in Guanghe. The administrative punishment dispute case (acting for the first and second trial) of a Shenzhen hospital (license has been revoked) and illegal medical practices by seven persons including Li of the hospital (administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation of the first and second trial); the administrative punishment dispute case of the application of a Shenzhen hospital for setting up a medical institution without permission (acting for the first and second trial) and the case that Li sued a Shenzhen health bureau for the administrative omission of supervision on prevention and control of occupational diseases (acting for the first and second trial); the first medical dispute case of living tissue transplantation by a Shenzhen hospital sued by Li (second trial), the medical dispute over artificial aided reproduction of a hospital sued by yuan (acting for the first and second trial), and the medical dispute case between Luo and a Shenzhen hospital (for the survival status of the vegetative patient and arbitration on behalf of the affected party), etc. The non-litigation business mainly includes: participating in the review and modification of the blanket agreement introduced by Shenzhen Medical and Health Administrative Department for the projects of "Three Projects"; participating in the constitution modification, equity acquisition, transfer and other legal affairs of a Shenzhen medical investment company.
