XIONG Daikun graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Sun Yat-sen University and holds an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Wales, UK. She has both practiced law overseas as well as working as an in-house lawyer in a reputable Sino-UK company. Currently Ms. XIONG is the Senior Partner as well as the Director of the International Business Committee of Guanghe Law Firm.
Ms. XIONG has rich accumulated experience in cross-border commercial & civil legal practice areas through more than 29 years of practice. Specialises in matters relating to Cross-border Investment, International Trade, Corporation Compliance, Cross-border Commercial & Civil Dispute Resolution and Legal Matters including:
Provision of legal opinion and expert witness services to overseas law courts.
Representing clients at arbitration or acting as an Arbitrator in hearing commercial arbitration cases.
