Ms. Liu primarily engages in civil and commercial litigation, cross-border dispute resolution, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investment, handling matters related to U.S. law, and providing immigration advisory services. With extensive experience, Ms. Liu offers stable and high-quality legal services to numerous clients both domestically and internationally, using languages such as Chinese and English.

In the fields of litigation and arbitration, Ms. Liu possesses over 20 years of domestic and international experience. Having represented more than 500 complex cases with substantial disputes, including over 30 foreign-related cases since 1999, as well as providing legal services for more than 10 international investments and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Liu holds dual Master's degrees in Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. Having lived and worked in the United States for four years, Ms. Liu is familiar with both Eastern and Western cultures, establishing strong connections between China and the U.S. This enables Ms. Liu to offer excellent cross-border dispute resolution and cross-border investment solutions to clients."
